⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently started having issues with my car not starting and weren’t sure if the problem was the battery or the starter. We stopped by Greg’s Too to have the battery checked, and they got us in right away. After testing it, they confirmed the battery was bad. I knew I had replaced the battery that long ago, but I couldn’t remember exactly when. The team took the time to look it up and discovered it was still under warranty. They handled everything for me and had a new battery installed in under an hour! What impressed me even more was the customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful—not only to me and my daughter, but to every customer they helped, whether in person or over the phone. As a woman with two daughters, taking a vehicle in for repairs can sometimes feel intimidating. There’s always that concern about being taken advantage of when you’re not familiar with automotive repairs. I never felt that way at Greg’s Too. They were honest, transparent, and treated us with respect throughout the entire process. Greg’s Too has definitely earned our business. It’s a great feeling knowing I have an automotive shop I can tru

I needed my truck towed. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous. The towing fee was a blessing. Branson was sent to retrieve my vehicle. He called enroute to update his eta. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel comfortable handing my truck over to a stranger. I will definitely use them if future needs arise. And, definitely recommending Greg's service to my friends.

We realized that our truck was having some transmission issues not long after we paid it off (isn't that how it always happens?). We took it to the folks at Greg's Too for an evaluation and were told that it needed to be replaced. As it turns out, the issues we were having was a KNOWN issue that Chevrolet/GMC refuses to acknowledge, so we got to pay for the new transmission. The entire team at Greg's Too was really great! We felt like the price we were quoted was fair and they stand behind their work. I've been burned more than once by dealership work, so we dropped off the truck and got it back in record time! The truck runs like a new one and none of the noises, slips and issues that we were having have been a problem. We use the truck to haul things quite often and it's amazing the difference we see now. While a transmission is not inexpensive, it was still much less expensive than buying a new truck (which is what the dealership wanted us to do). I recommend Greg's Too to anyone I know that needs any kind of automotive repair, or diagnostic work done. I would also like to note, their Service Advisor, Jessie Kaylor is great! I know how exhausting and frustrating it ca

Needed my car towed because of a flat tire, they were able to get to me right away, and we're very professional, kind, kept me up-to-date to the minute on location and were so very nice! I was from out of town and didn't know where to go on a Sunday afternoon, they were incredibly helpful. I would 100% recommend this company for auto care
